Another lorry load of wood has arrived; something to keep me busy in my spare time.
The heating in the house and workshop is provided by a log-burning boiler. I buy the wood in ‘green’ and, using chainsaw and axe, cut it to size before seasoning it for two years in the woodshed.… Read more...
