The Arts Council of Wales has awarded us a grant to develop our “cylindrical forms”. The grant will allow us a period of greater creative freedom, focusing on the non-functional cylinders. We will be introducing coloured clay bodies and perhaps increasing scale, but specific outcomes are unpredictable. During this grant assisted period (March 2012 – July 2013) our production of standardised functional wares will be greatly reduced and we apologise to any who may be disappointed by this. We anticipate returning to functionalism with renewed enthusiasm and ideas in due course.
